GoGoReport™ — Terms of Service

By creating an account, checking the acceptance box during signup, or using GoGoReport™, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who Can Use GoGoReport™

You must be at least 18 years old to use GoGoReport™. If you create an account on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms. In that case, “you” refers to the business entity.

2. What GoGoReport™ Is (and Is Not)

GoGoReport™ is software that helps inspectors generate inspection reports from information you provide, including notes, checklist selections, and photos.
GoGoReport™:

• Does not perform inspections.
• Does not provide professional inspection services.
• Does not replace your professional judgment.

You remain the inspector of record for every report created using the service.

3. AI-Assisted Content Disclosure (IMPORTANT)

GoGoReport™ uses artificial intelligence to assist with report drafting.

• Reports are AI-assisted, not human-written.
• Output depends entirely on your inputs.
• AI may produce errors, omissions, or unclear language.

You agree that: You must review, edit, and approve every report before sharing it. You are solely responsible for report accuracy, conclusions, and compliance. GoGoReport™ is a drafting tool — not a substitute for professional judgment.

4. Your Responsibilities as an Inspector

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate inspection notes and photos.
• Reviewing all generated reports before delivery.
• Ensuring reports meet applicable standards (InterNACHI, ASHI, local rules).
• Confirming that reports reflect your professional conclusions.

You must not deliver AI-generated reports without human review.

5. No Professional Advice & No Warranties

GoGoReport™ is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee error-free output, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for any particular transaction. GoGoReport™ does not provide legal, engineering, or regulatory advice.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use GoGoReport™ only for legitimate inspection-related purposes. You may not use automated scripts, attempt to reverse engineer the system, or bypass usage limits.

7. Fair Use & Usage Limits

GoGoReport™ plans are intended for normal human inspection workflows. Excessive or abnormal use (e.g., bot-driven volume) may result in temporary throttling or account suspension.

8. Accounts & Organizations

Accounts belong to the subscribing individual or business. Business entities are responsible for the acts and omissions of all sub-users and agents invited to their organization. Any breach of these Terms by a sub-user is deemed a breach by the account owner.

9. Data Ownership

You own all inspection data you upload. By using GoGoReport™, you grant us permission to process and store your data solely to provide the service. We do not sell inspection data.

10. Data Retention & Deletion

GoGoReport™ provides a temporary storage solution for active workflows. All data (notes, photos, and reports) is stored for a maximum period of one (1) year from the date of creation.

• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for downloading and backing up your reports for long-term legal or regulatory compliance.
• Deletion: After the one-year period, GoGoReport™ reserves the right to permanently delete data without further notice.

11. Fees, Billing & Stripe Connect

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. If you use GoGoReport™ to bill your clients, you acknowledge that GoGoReport™ is not a party to the transaction between the Inspector and their Client. We are not responsible for chargebacks or refund disputes.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend accounts for non-payment or Terms violations.

• Service Discontinuation: GoGoReport LLC reserves the right to discontinue the service at any time. In the event of a permanent shutdown, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice via email to allow you to export your data.

13. Limitation of Liability (IMPORTANT)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoGoReport™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify GoGoReport LLC from claims or losses arising from your professional services, client disputes, or misuse of the platform.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
