This Privacy Policy explains how GoGoReport LLC (“GoGoReport™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use our website and application. By using GoGoReport™, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

a. Information You Provide Directly
- Name and Email address
- Account credentials
- Billing information (handled securely by Stripe)
- Inspection notes, checklist responses, and photos
- Company name, logo, and branding
b. Information Collected Automatically
- IP address, device type, and browser type
- Log data (timestamps, error logs, activity related to report generation)
- Usage data (features accessed and reports generated)
c. Payment Information
We do not store credit card numbers. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Generate inspection reports based on your input
- Process subscriptions and billing
- Store and deliver generated reports and photos
- Maintain security and prevent abuse
- Improve product reliability
We do not use your data for advertising or marketing profiling.
3. AI-Assisted Processing
GoGoReport™ uses artificial intelligence to assist with drafting inspection reports.
- Your inspection inputs (notes, checklists) are sent to an AI service only to generate report drafts.
- AI providers do not receive ownership of your data.
- We do not use your proprietary inspection data to train generalized AI models for use by other customers.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers to operate the service, including:
- Cloud Hosting: Microsoft Azure (Photos/Storage)
- Database: Supabase (Account/Report Data)
- AI Processing: OpenAI/Anthropic (Drafting)
- Payments: Stripe
- Email: Resend/Zoho (Transactional alerts)
5. Data Retention
GoGoReport™ provides temporary storage for your inspection data. All inspection reports and uploaded photos are stored for a maximum period of one (1) year from the date of creation.
- After this period, data may be permanently deleted.
- You are responsible for downloading and archiving reports for your own long-term legal or regulatory compliance.
6. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to Know, Access, Delete, and Correct your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law. To exercise these rights, contact: [email protected].
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission and restricted access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorized access.
8. Cookies
We use limited cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking or behavioral advertising.
9. Service Discontinuation
In the event of a permanent service shutdown, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice to allow you to export your data.
