GoGoReport currently supports six active report types in the V3 builder: Whole House, Four-Point Insurance, Texas REI, Pool / Spa, Mold Visual + Moisture, and Radon Mitigation. Each report type uses its own sections and PDF language while sharing the same simple workflow.

Create an inspection, choose the report type, add field notes and photos, click Complete and Write when the evidence is ready, review the AI-assisted draft, then generate the stored PDF. Downloading an existing stored PDF does not regenerate the report.

Report credits are used when you complete a report. You can enter evidence, upload photos, review generated text, revise a completed report during the edit window, and download an already stored PDF without using another credit.

Completed reports use stored PDFs as the durable customer record. Full-size source photos are retained through the revision window and may be purged later to control storage, while dashboard thumbnails and completed PDFs remain available according to the retention policy.

After AI writes the report, the evidence builder is locked so the draft matches the inspection evidence. Use the review screen to make wording edits, then generate the stored PDF. Completed reports can enter a revision flow during the edit window.

GoGoReport works on modern desktop browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. The dashboard and public pages are mobile-friendly, but longer inspection entry is still most comfortable on a tablet, laptop, or desktop.

Note the report type, the report URL or ID from the address bar, what action you clicked, and any visible error. Email those details to [email protected] so we can trace the exact workflow.

In the app, open Settings. Your identity, company information, company logo, and license details apply to new inspections going forward. Existing reports keep the report-specific values already saved with that report.
